By Peaches (In Search of Cap’n Tim: Chapter 7) ½ oz Casa Noble Anejo Tequila 2 oz Absolute Vodka Splash of Vermouth Swirl chilled martini glass with tequila, remove excess tequila. Add cracked ice to martini shaker with Vodka and Vermouth. Shake and pour into prepared glass. Garnish with olives or lime wedge.

By Wayne the Night Train (In Search of Cap’n Tim: Chapter 28) 2 oz Casa Noble Crystal Tequila 1 oz Pomegranate puree 1 oz Fresh Mango juice Splash of lime Combine ingredients except puree in shaker with cracked ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Float puree on top. Garnish with lime wheel.
